Imagine if….
Barb Saive

Lesley breaks down the nutrition information on what I need, at my age.
The nutrition tracker really opened my eyes to what I was putting in my mouth and what changes
I need to make for a healthier lifestyle.
Lesley has nailed this program and I can’t wait to see the benefits of my hard work.
If you are looking for a change to your exercise routine and nutrition,
I highly recommend the Midlife in Motion program.

A: If you are READY to commit, this course will work for you. Any self-improvement needs full buy-in from you to get the results or to reach the goal that you have for yourself.
A: Unfortunately, there are no refunds once the program has been purchased and started. You have lifetime access, so if the timing is a little off for you, you can begin the program at any time.
A: The problem most people have when they start a program like this is wanting to see results right away. And when they don’t, they get discouraged and quit. You have to be aware that good change takes time. It’s a process and a decision / choice you have to make every day. But if you do that and are consistent, then results will come. Those results happen faster for some than others, just be patient.
A: You wouldn’t be the first. I, too, get a little nervous about investing in myself. It’s funny how we never blink an eye to pay for or invest in things for others, but when it comes to ourselves, we hesitate. But there is a breaking point where you must put yourself and what you need first.
As opposed to a gym membership that is only good for a month or a treadmill that could turn into a clothes rack, this Midlife In Motion course is one that you can repeat as a whole or in parts, along with a living support community to keep you motivated.
A: Working out at home is so convenient. Just find yourself a clear 5x8 area and some hand weights (free weights) to get started. You can find those at Target, Wal-Mart, sporting goods stores, or second-hand shops.
Start with just some smaller weights – 3 to 8 lb. weights. Work up from there. The resistance bands are available at Amazon.
A: This program was designed to be a starting place for women who want to prioritize their health. It is ONE PIECE of a long journey for all. If you have significant goals for weight loss or better nutrition, you should expand your health team to include your physician and a licensed nutritionist. And if you need more “hands-on” personal training, definitely find someone local that you can work with and go to with specific questions.
