Achieving your goal must begin with a vision of what you want to achieve, and why you want to achieve it. If the “why” is big enough, you are ready to create a clear action plan with specific steps to reach it.
You Deserve It Notebook: Goal Tracker, Planner, & Journal is a powerful tool to guide individuals step-by-step toward a life of fulfillment, gratitude, and self-nurturing. Lesley McShane breaks the goal-setting process into manageable increments and serves as both an accountability partner and motivator.
I challenge you to take that vital first step now by committing to the “power of the pen,” and the power within you. You deserve it!”

This goal tracker/planner is a helpful tool for those looking to create new habits or track the path to reaching your goals. The daily prompts cover gratitude, goals, intentions, and a movement plan. It also prompts you to share how you are feeling -- which is helpful to track over time and look back at to see patterns. If you want to journal, but are crunched for time, I'd recommend giving this journal a try.

Using resistance bands is a great way to lift weights without lifting weights. Resistance bands offer a great workout without having to have a lot of actual weights. They are lightweight, are great to use when you travel, and give you a great sweat.
These are the bands I've been using for 5 years and the ones I use in the Midlife in Motion program.
Finding good, clean, reputable products to fuel my midlife is an ongoing goal. And having a good protein source is a MUST for me in midlife, as an athlete, and as a trainer.
Kion Aminos contains all 9 EAAs, is easy for the body to digest and absorb, contains up to 8x more essential amino acids than whole food protein, and tastes great with fruity, natural flavors.
Mango is my favorite!

My fitness friend, Kelly Howard, has written an amazing book that I want to share:
Go from "maybe next week" to achieving long-lasting fitness consistency. For good.
Most of us have been told there is only one way to get in shape...hours at the gym (even if you don’t like the gym!) loads of cardio and all that stretching you need to do. That’s exhausting.
In FIT: Active & Ageless for Life, you'll learn quick, easy and fun ways to create fitness consistency that sticks. Whether you're a complete novice, unsure of what to do, or you struggle to stick to a plan, this book has you covered.
